Rollercoaster Dice is a Other game offered by Playtech games provider.

Rollercoaster Dice is one of those classic luck-prediction games that can easily becoming mesmering. Based on a simple prediction of higher or lower you roll the dice hope for the best. The game involves two dice and a pay scale with three different cash out points, the first after four correct rolls and predictions, then after another two, then two again - with the final payout requiring 10 completed correct predicted rolls in a row.

Firstly, select the amount you wish to bet - this ranges from $0.10 to $100. The more you stake, the higher your eventual prize could be. If you bet $0.10, the cash out levels are $0.40, $0.70, $1.30 and the total prize (requiring 10 correct rolls) is $3. On the other end of the scale, an initial stake of $100 has cash out levels of $400, $700, $1300 and the eventual prize of $3000.

When you've chosen your stake, you roll two dice and get your starting number. You then have to guess if the next roll will be higher or lower than the number currently shown. For example, in my first roll I had seven - a middling number. I selected that the next roll would be lower, which it was. From that point on you continue predicting whether the next roll will be higher or lower than your current goal, until you reach a cash out stage or the final prize total. When you reach a cash out point - there are four in the game - you can choose whether or not to to continue guessing and rolling, or take the money. Make 10 correct predictions of higher or lower and you get the top prize.

As an extra incentive, if you roll two sevens in a row, it's an automatic win. If you make an incorrect prediction, you lose your money and must begin again from the bottom of the pay ladder.

The beauty of Rollercoaster Dice is in its simplicity. The game face is simple to understand, with the pay scale on the right and the die taking centre place.

Predicting higher or lower is an imprecise science but with four different cash out levels, you can cut your losses. The actual prize jackpots are very enticing - $100 can become $3000 if you predict correctly ten times in a row - and the game itself is very entertaining.

However, there is little longevity in this game as it does become tedious quite quickly - even if you're winning. The music is a little repetitive but not grating.

All in all, a fun little luck game that has a great cash prize if you can get it right, and ideal for people who like a flutter but don't want to learn complex rules. An enjoyable way to pass the time and a potentially a good money maker, too.
