How To Ensure You Get Your Mail

Are you receiving Play United's payment notices, exclusive offers and
promotions?

The Internet is a network of convenience: instant communication, accessible information and endless entertainment. Unfortunately, the main disadvantage of enjoying your time online is Spam. The solution to this annoyance is the installation of powerful anti-Spam filters by Service Providers. Regrettably, during this process legitimate mail, like your Play United email and newsletters sometimes get blocked.

To ensure that you receive all your Play United email informing you of current events, important payout notices and special offers, please follow the easy instructions below:

Add Play United sending address (From:) to your "safe" sender list.

Select the filter solution you are currently using and follow the necessary instructions:

AOL:

  • Open your AOL mailbox.
  • Go to keyword: Spam Controls.
  • Version 9.0:

  • Open the latest Play United e-mail.
  • Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
  • Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to: This is where the email address would be, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
  • Simply:

  • Open the latest Play United e-mail.
  • Click the Reply button (in the top right corner).
  • A new email window opens with the incorrect address in the "Send To" box.
  • Replace this address in the Send To box with: support@playunited.com
  • Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
  • Even if the e-mail doesn't get delivered to us, the act of sending it will automatically add us into your "People I Know" list.

Cloudmark SpamNet:

  • Select Cloudmark | Options from the toolbar in Outlook.
  • Click Advanced.
  • Go to the Whitelist tab.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure].
  • Click OK
  • Click OK.
  • Click Yes.
  • Click OK.

Hotmail or MSN:

  • Open your Hotmail mailbox.
  • Select the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Junk E-Mail Protection link, then Safe List.
  • Type: This is where the email address would be in your Safe List.
  • If you find a Play United email in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to prevent e-mail from the same source being sent to the Junk Mail folder.

Mailblocks:

  • Click the Addresses tab.
  • Click New.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure].
  • Make sure 'Accept Mail From This Address' is selected under Receiving Options.
  • Uncheck 'Display in People Picker' under Other options.
  • Click Submit.
  • Click OK.

  • Click Tools, then Blacklist & Friends.
  • Click Add... on the right, the Friends list side.
  • Make sure Plain email address is selected.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure].
  • Click OK.

  • Click Friends from the sidebar.
  • Click Add.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure].
  • Click OK.

  • Check your 'Probably Spam' folder.
  • If you find that Your Publication Name was incorrectly filtered out, select it, and click the 'Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam' button.

SBCGlobal:

  • Open your SBCGlobal mailbox.
  • Click Mail Options.
  • Click Filters.
  • Click Add Filter.
  • In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure 'Contains' is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address: support@playunited.com . At the bottom, where it states "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
  • Click the Add Filter button again.
  • If the Play United e-mail has been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

SpamButcher:

  • Click the Configure button.
  • Go to the Known Senders tab.
  • Click Add under 'Known Good Senders and Recipients'.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure].
  • Click OK.
  • Click OK.

Spam Inspector:

  • Select Spam Inspector, then 'Manage Friends List' from either the Spam Inspector toolbar or from the Outlook menu.
  • Make certain Email is selected under 'Add a New Friend'.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure].
  • Click the >> button.
  • Click Close.

Spam Interceptor:

  • Follow the Trusted link under > Authentication Lists.
  • Enter the email address: support@playunited.com
  • Click Add.

  • Click on the SpamPal system tray icon with the right mouse button.
  • Click 'Add to Whitelist' from the menu.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure].
  • Click Add.

Spam Sleuth:

  • Select File, then Configure.
  • Go to the Friends category.
  • Make sure Active is checked.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure] on a line by itself in the entry field.
  • Click OK.

  • Click Filters from the sidebar.
  • Click the Approved Senders tab.
  • Click Add Filter.
  • Type: support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure]. under Address.
  • Choose 'Full Email Address' under Address Type.
  • Select Email Domain.
  • Click OK.

Yahoo! Mail:

  • Open your Yahoo! Mailbox.
  • Click Mail Options.
  • Click Filters.
  • Click Add Filter.
  • In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure 'Contains' is selected in the pull-down menu.

Other Providers:

  • If the Play United e-mail has been filtered to your "Bulk" or "Junk" folder, try adding support@playunited.com [and/or '@playunited.com' to be sure] to your Contact list or Address Book.
  • If this option is unavailable, move the message to your 'Inbox' or forward the message to yourself.

If certain mails continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's technical support and ask how you can prevent all Play United e-mails from being blocked. After all, you wouldn't want to miss out on our exciting promotions and exclusive offers.
