Verification Information



For our mutual protection and security, the Casino requires the following identity verification information to process any winnings of $200 or more.

  • A legible photocopy of a valid driver's license, passport, or other government issued ID
  • Photocopy of the front and reverse sides of all card(s) used on your account
  • A legible photocopy of a recent statement from the credit card your initial purchase was made with as well as both side of the credit card
  • A copy of any utility bill showing the same address as the player's sign up form
